Welcome to Platt Ladies Cricket

Platt Cricket Club is an established club with a proud heritage in womens cricket. We play at Stonehouse Field, St. Marys Platt.

Whether you are completely new to cricket or have played before, Platt Ladies Cricket offers a welcoming and supportive environment to get involved.

We focus on fun, fitness, friendship and developing skills in a relaxed setting. We are just starting out a second team this season, and we play a range of fun friendly and competitive matches in both summer and winter leagues. We also have a number of social activities planned throughout the year.

Pavilion project progress

The pavilion project hit its first major milestone recently, reaching its first fundraising goal of £30,000.

The club would like to extend thanks to everyone who has contributed to the fundraising campaign, and in particular to Sport England for their £15k match funding donation and to the Platt Memorial Hall Trustees for a very generous £10k donation. Your support is hugely apprciated.

We will share funding updates and next steps as the project develops.

Baltic Bash Tour 2026 update

The ladies recently returned from their first European tour to Finland and Estonia. It was an incredible experience for the team, and was great to meet the teams from Cricket Finland, hosted by Maija Scammans, and the Estonian Cricket Association, hosted by Steffan and and Medha Gooch

QUIZ NIGHT: Fri 18th September

Join us for some quizzing fun at the Platt Memorial Hall on Friday 18th September, 7.30pm.

HUGE prizes to be won throughout the night. Drinks and snacks available all evening

Enter as a team (max 8 players) or come along as an individual and join a team on the night. £10 per person on the night. Includes a free drink for every person

Join Platt Ladies Cricket

We are always looking for new players to join our friendly and inclusive team.

No experience is needed, and we welcome women and girls of all ages and abilities.

If you would like to get involved, come along to a session and give it a try.
